Jordan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is now served lakeside at Seven Oaks during the new Estate Tour & Tasting.

With the launch of our new Estate Tour & Tasting this month, Jordan Extra Virgin Olive Oil sales are soaring, and it’s time to release our newest vintage: 2012 Jordan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A true expression of Alexander Valley, our 2012 bottling exemplifies the perfect balance of fruit, pungency, and bitterness found in the finest Tuscan olive oils.

The picture-perfect weather made 2012 an olive grower’s dream. With no frosts in spring, no wind during bloom and few heat spikes during the summer months—temperatures remained moderate throughout the growing season. A bearing year for our trees, this copious crop was rich in flavors of artichoke and freshly picked thyme. The 2012’s nuances of Fuji apple, freshly cut grass and subtle pepper, combined with the buttery texture and clean finish, make it a very distinct bottling. Just a touch of 2012 Jordan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil will enhance an endless array of appetizers, salads and entrées. Brush this delicate finishing oil over fresh figs wrapped in prosciutto or use it as a base for salad dressings and our marinated goat cheese appetizer recipe.

2012 Jordan Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil ($29) is available for purchase directly from the winery. Learn more about Jordan olive oil and recipes on our website.
