We’re kicking off the new year with a sneak peek at our 2013 special event calendar, which includes parties at the winery and festivals across the country, as well as key dates on Jordan Estate Rewards members’ exclusives.

A Night at the Estate for Two: Jordan Estate Rewards Exclusive, Healdsburg, CA (November 1-April 30)–Enjoy an overnight stay in one of our luxury guest accommodations, with expansive views of the Jordan Estate. A driver will provide transportation to and from the nearby town of Healdsburg for the evening. Offered in the off-season for 15,000 points per night. Retrospective Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon Tasting with our Winemaker for Two: Jordan Estate Rewards Exclusive, Healdsburg, CA (February 15)–Experience a fascinating winemaker-led vertical tasting of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon library vintages, followed by a tour and a luncheon in the Jordan Winery dining room. Pre-Release of New Vintages: Jordan Estate Rewards Exclusive, Healdsburg, CA (April 1)–2009 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon and 2011 Jordan Chardonnay will be pre-released to Jordan Estate Rewards members, beginning April 1, 2013. These wines won’t reach the national marketplace until summer, so make sure you’re signed up to receive our monthly e-newsletter, which will include this offer.

Pebble Beach Food & Wine, Pebble Beach, CA (April 4-7)–For four days in April, one of California’s most prestigious coastal resorts turns into an exclusive culinary playground with this sixth-annual food and wine festival. Austin Food & Wine Festival, Austin, TX (April 26-28)–Join top chefs, sommeliers and winemakers from across the nation and Austin’s own acclaimed gourmet scene for an indulgent, two-day epicurean adventure unlike any other, topped off with live musical performances. Nantucket Wine Festival, Nantucket, MA (May 15-19)–Located on the island of Nantucket, 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod, this event offers a distinct, coastal experience of world-class wines and food. Over its 16-year history, the Nantucket Wine Festival has become one of the nation’s most celebrated wine and food events. Jordan wines will be featured at multiple events. Spring at Jordan, Healdsburg, CA (May 18)–Join us for our annual release party of Jordan’s new vintages, hosted each May on the Jordan terrace. Spring at Jordan features a festive theme each year to showcase our new wine releases, as well as library vintages, delicacies from Jordan’s chef and live music. Learn more on our website.

New Orleans Wine & Food Experience, New Orleans, LA (May 22-25)–Taste Jordan vintages with Director of Wine Greg Miller at NOWFE, which has raised more than $1 million for non-profit organizations over the last 20 years, while showcasing local food and chefs, and national and international wines. Memorial Day at Jordan, Healdsburg, CA (May 27)–Celebrate Memorial Day at Jordan with one of our intimate tours and tastings. This is the first year that Jordan will be open on Memorial Day, and we hope to celebrate the holiday with you. Please visit our website to make a reservation request.

Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Aspen, CO (June 14-16)–The nation’s premier culinary festival, Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is a three-day weekend that brings the FOOD & WINE brand to life with more than 80 cooking demonstrations and wine seminars, panel discussions, tasting events and the famed Grand Tasting Pavilion–all located at 8,000 feet in the magnificent setting of Aspen, Colorado. Sonoma Wine Country Weekend, Sonoma County, CA (August 30-September 1)–A wine and food event unlike any other, Sonoma Wine Country Weekend combines the unpretentious style of Taste of Sonoma at MacMurray Ranch, with the festivity, elegance and pure fundraising spirit of the Sonoma Valley Harvest Wine Auction at Chateau St. Jean. Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, Santa Fe, NM (September 25-29)–The Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta promotes Santa Fe as a world-class culinary destination through its outstanding food and wine events. Hosted during the height of New Mexico’s chile harvest season, the festival features a variety of seminars, luncheons, cooking demonstrations/classes and wine tastings. Chicago Gourmet, Chicago, IL (September 27-29)–Produced by the Illinois Restaurant Association, title sponsor Bon Appétit magazine and presenting sponsor Southern Wine & Spirits of Illinois, Chicago Gourmet, a celebration of food and wine, is one of the nation’s most anticipated culinary events. Chicago Gourmet is similar to the popular Taste of Chicago but much more gourmet than the Taste with some of Chicago’s top chefs demonstrating their culinary prowess. The event includes chef and sommelier seminars, as well as spirits, beers, and gourmet food samplings from more than 150 of Chicago’s best restaurants and chefs. New York City Wine & Food Festival, New York, NY (October 17-20)–The world’s best chefs and wine experts will gather in the Big Apple each October for the Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival presented by FOOD & WINE. Proceeds benefit hunger-relief charities Food Bank For New York City and Share Our Strength. This star-studded event brings together the world’s greatest chefs, winemakers, spirits producers and personalities to educate palates and entertain patrons in high style—all while helping to fight hunger. Harvest Lunches at Jordan, Healdsburg, CA (September/October)–Celebrate harvest alongside our winemaking and viticulture staff during this series of family-style feasts hosted weekdays from September 4 through October 15, 2013 (dates subject to change). You and your guests will enjoy wine country’s seasonal bounty exquisitely prepared by our executive chef and paired with Jordan wines. Harvest Lunch for Four is now offered for 7,500 points. Christmas at Jordan, Healdsburg, CA (December 7)–Join us for Christmas at Jordan, our annual themed holiday event, hosted exclusively for our most loyal Jordan Estate Rewards members.
