The results of Wine & Spirits magazine’s 25th annual Restaurant Poll are in, and according to magazine editors, it shows the greatest strength in restaurant wine since the Great Recession of 2008. Seventy percent of respondents reported that wine sales have increased as a percentage of their restaurant’s total sales.

Jordan is thrilled to have earned three spots in the venerable poll: #1 Cabernet Sauvignon, #2 overall wine brand and #10 Chardonnay. Since the poll’s inception in 1990, Jordan has been named the top Cabernet Sauvignon 14 times. We gathered our winemaker and his production staff for a celebratory photo this morning.

View the full results for our three categories by clicking on the magazine cover. You can also read the Wine & Spirits press release online.

I’ll be pouring vintages of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon in New York on May 1 at Wine & Spirits Top of the List, an annual charity event showcasing the top-ranked wines. I hope to see you there.
