There’s no better way to celebrate the holidays than opening a bottle of wine that’s exactly 10, 20 or 30 years old. In this month’s episode of “Jordan Uncorked,” Associate Winemaker Maggie Kruse and Assistant Winemaker John Duckett say farewell to 2017 but pulling a 1997 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon from the winery cellar to see how it has evolved after two decades of bottle age. Drink now or hold the 1997? Watch to see.

Jordan Winery maintains one of the most comprehensive cellars of aged California cabernet sauvignon vintages in the state. If you can’t find an older cabernet sauvignon from a special birth year, anniversary or commemorative occasion, just email us, and we’ll check availability.

Not sure when to drink a bottle of Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon you’ve been keeping in your cellar? Leave your requests below for a chance to be featured in an upcoming episode of “Jordan Uncorked.”

Tune in every month for “Jordan Uncorked” on our YouTube channel or Facebook page.
